We provide treatment tailored to client's individual needs using a non-invasive approach.
What can I expect? 

During the assessment our nurses will detect areas of potential concern.  
 
Each visit consists of:
 
•Footwear review and assessment  
•A check of skin and nail health  
•Feet cleansing  
•Toe nail trimming  
•Reduction of thick nails and fungal nails  
•Corn and callus reduction and softening  
•Management of ingrown nails  
•Lower leg massage  
•Provide non-medicated padding if needed 
•Cracked heel treatment with urea based lotion 
•Advice to clients on management and preventative care  
•Referrals will be offered when necessary
About Us

Norah Heath

With over 20 years of practice experience as a registered nurse Norah appreciates the vital role our feet play in our health and mobility. Between her experience in various practice settings, including home care, Norah delights at being able to meet with clients and their families, learning the challenges they are facing and helping them put their best foot forward through knowledgeable and compassionate foot care. Whether it routine foot care, help managing corns, bunions or other concerns Norah is skillful at meeting the needs of your feet to help restore their health and comfort. She is also familiar with the Sigvaris line of compression garments and can work with you to find your perfect fit of prescription or "over the counter" supportive sock or garment. Norah has lived in the South Surrey/White Rock area for over 14 years and enjoys time in the outdoors with her two young boys when she is not caring for clients and their feet.



Rebecca Wiebe

Rebecca is a seasoned health care professional with an extensive 30-year background in medicine, rehabilitation, and emergency care. Over the past eight years, she has specialized as a footcare nurse, providing essential services in residential care facilities and through home visits, showcasing her dedication to patient comfort and mobility.  
 
Earlier this year, inspired by her vision to enhance accessibility to specialized footcare, Rebecca decided to open her own clinic and the White Rock Footcare Clinic was born. This new venture is the culmination of her years of experience and a deep-seated passion for improving the quality of life for her patients.  
 
Rebecca lives in White Rock, where she enjoys the serene beauty of the beach and its sunsets. Hiking is Rebecca’s favourite pass time. This love for the outdoors reflects in her personal commitment to wellness and vitality, values she brings into her professional practice.  
 
A mother of three adult children and wife to a supportive husband, Rebecca balances her professional aspirations with a rich and fulfilling family life. White Rock Footcare Clinic not only represents a professional milestone but also a personal commitment to serving her community and continuing her lifelong commitment to health care and nurturing. Rebecca love her community and gives back by providing footcare at a shelter as well as serving in her church.
